David Thomalla

David Thomalla is an experienced professional with a diverse background in public safety and security. Currently, David serves as the Owner of Inspired Consulting, LLC, and as a Security Representative for the National Football League (NFL), both positions held since May 2018. Prior to these roles, David worked as an Investigator at Wells Fargo from June 2014 to May 2022, and as the Emergency Management Coordinator for HealthEast Care System from November 2012 to May 2014. David’s extensive law enforcement experience includes serving as the Chief of Police for the City of Maplewood from November 2002 to November 2012, with earlier roles at the Maplewood Police Department, and a position as a Deputy at the Olmsted County Sheriff's Office. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Public Safety Education and Administration from the University of St. Thomas and a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration from Metro State University.
