Hailey Hicks has a comprehensive background in sports marketing and operations, currently serving in officiating at the National Football League (NFL) since April 2021. Previously, Hailey worked as a Marketing Resident for the Lakeland Magic in the NBA G League, managing retail inventory and training staff. In academia, Hailey contributed to the University of South Florida’s Muma College of Business as a Graduate Assistant, streamlining communications and organizing significant events. Experience also includes an internship with the Tampa Bay Lightning focusing on partnership activation, and earlier roles at the University of Alabama in athletics marketing, where responsibilities covered marketing strategies, community engagement, and event planning.
