Jane Randel is a seasoned communications professional and co-founder of CommsCollectiv, which offers organizations part-time access to senior-level communications expertise. As a co-founder of The CONVERSATION, Jane has established a community for over 500 senior communications executives to address significant topics such as racial justice and global health. In her role as co-president of Karp Randel, Jane has developed impactful strategies promoting social change across various issues, including education and women's empowerment. Additionally, Jane serves as a senior advisor to the NFL on domestic violence and sexual assault policy and has co-founded NO MORE, a campaign focused on public awareness around these critical issues. Jane's previous experience includes leadership roles at the Kate Spade & Company Foundation and Liz Claiborne Inc., where responsibilities included directing corporate communications and managing reputational challenges. Jane holds a Bachelor of Arts in East Asian Studies from Wesleyan University.
