Nick Pappas, CSFM, currently serves as Field Director for the National Football League (NFL) since February 2020, overseeing field operations for high-profile events including the Super Bowl and International series games, while collaborating with Player Health & Safety on playing surface initiatives. Pappas has held various roles at AMB Sports and Entertainment since September 2018, including Head Groundskeeper for International Series Games and Pitch Advisor for the upcoming 2026 FIFA World Cup. Previous experience includes serving as Assistant Director of Stadium Operations and Head Groundskeeper at the same organization, as well as positions at GreenSource Sports Turf & Landscape, Miami Marlins, Florida Panthers, and Miami Dolphins. Pappas holds a Bachelor of Science in Plant, Soil & Insect Sciences and an Associate's Degree in Turfgrass Management from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
