Nora Leco

Nora Leco is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as Director of Human Resources at the National Football League (NFL) since February 2025, Leco previously held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Think Company from April 2013 to February 2025, where oversight of people operations and employee engagement initiatives was a primary responsibility. Earlier career roles include Human Resources Manager, Human Resources Specialist, and Studio Manager, along with a foundational experience as a Crew Member at Trader Joe's from August 2005 to March 2015. Leco holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Human Resources Management from Holy Family University and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in French Studies from Chestnut Hill College.
