Perry F. serves as the Head of Officiating for the National Football League (NFL) since May 2020, bringing extensive experience in coaching and management within professional football. Prior to this role, Perry F. was the Defensive Backs Coach for the Carolina Panthers from January 2019 to February 2020 and held a similar position with the Jacksonville Jaguars from January 2017 to December 2018. Perry F. also contributed as the Defensive Coordinator for the New York Giants from January 2010 to January 2015. Educationally, Perry F. earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Lenoir-Rhyne University between 1980 and 1985.
