Peter Shafer

Peter Shafer is a seasoned business solutions advisor and business development leader at RSSL Advisory, where since April 2019, strategic business plans have resulted in over $15M in new annual sales for more than 20 founder-led businesses. With extensive experience in various leadership roles, including as Game Clock Operator for the NFL since June 2012, Peter has managed game operations and collaborated with coaches and production crews. Previously, as Senior Vice President at Toluna, Peter led a strategic sales plan that increased revenue from $2.5M to $20M annually. Other notable positions include CEO at KRC Research, where Peter implemented new growth strategies, and Vice President at both Harris Interactive and The Hawthorn Group, specializing in market research and public relations for major corporations. Peter holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Washington College and a Master’s degree in Business Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
