Phil Bogle

Phil Bogle currently serves as the Director of Compliance and Administration and Director of Game Operations at the National Football League (NFL), where responsibilities include managing the annual Game Operations manual and related policy documents. Previously, Phil held the role of General Manager and Head of Football Operations for the Philadelphia Soul, overseeing all football operations, player personnel, and sponsorship trades, among other duties. Phil's earlier experiences include roles as Assistant Head Coach and Oline-Dline Coach for the Philadelphia Soul, as well as various positions in professional football, including playing for teams such as the Cleveland Browns, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and San Diego Chargers. Phil's education includes a degree in Criminal Justice with a focus on Juvenile Justice from the University of New Haven.
