Ramon George is currently the Vice President of NFL Officiating Training and Development, where they lead initiatives in officiating education and scouting. Previously, they held various risk management roles at JPMorgan Chase and served as a senior executive at Bank of America, overseeing contact center operations and national construction loan fulfillment. Ramon earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Lenoir-Rhyne University. They also hold a Six Sigma Greenbelt Quality Certification.
