Sean McMoore

Sean McMoore has extensive experience in leadership and coaching roles across various organizations. Currently, Sean serves as a Board Member for Minnesota RETAIN and as a Diversity Recruitment and Retention Supervisor, along with the role of Equity Director for the Behavioral Health, Housing, and Deaf & Hard of Hearing Services Administration at the Minnesota Department of Human Services. Sean is also active as an Advisory Board Member at the University of Minnesota and holds multiple coaching positions, including Defensive Backs Coach/Special Teams Coordinator at DeLaSalle High School, Football Television Coordinator at the University of St. Thomas, and Television Coordinator for the NFL. Additionally, Sean is involved with youth development coaching for the Minnesota Vikings and previously served as Director of Operations and DEI at Ellie Mental Health. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from Concordia University-St. Paul and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Northern Iowa.
