Stephen Bowen, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Game Initiatives at the National Football League (NFL) since June 2016, where efforts focus on enhancing organizational understanding of the integration of sports, analytics, research, and innovation to inform data-driven decision-making and original research in sports strategies. Prior to this role, Bowen held a position in Football Operations with the New York Jets in 2015 and enjoyed a notable career as a professional football player with the Washington Redskins from July 2011 to March 2015, and the Dallas Cowboys from April 2006 to March 2011. Bowen holds an M.B.A. from The George Washington University (2013-2014) and a B.A. from Hofstra University (2002-2006).
