Steve Walz has extensive experience in sports medicine and athletic training, currently serving as an NFL Injury/Medical Spotter since August 2012. Additionally, Steve holds the position of Associate Athletic Director-Sports Medicine at the University of South Florida, where employment began in March 2000. Steve's academic credentials include a Doctor's Degree in Athletic Training from Florida International University (2021-2022), a Master of Arts in Health and Physical Education/Fitness from the University of South Florida (1992-1994), and a Bachelor's degree in General Studies-Athletic Training from the University of Missouri-Columbia (1987-1992).
