Te Bates is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in creative direction and graphic design, currently serving as Owner & Creative Director at Project 23 since February 2019. In addition to this role, Te Bates has worked as a Senior Live Content Correspondent for the NFL, providing real-time content for social media channels, and as a Graphic Designer & Photographer for Big Ten Network, where the focus has been on promoting sports teams and capturing key moments.
