Tom Emberley

Tom Emberley has extensive experience in athletic communications and administration, currently serving as the Director of Athletic Communications at Farmingdale State College since 2016. In this role, Tom manages the publicity for an NCAA Division III athletic department and oversees a team that includes a full-time Sports Information Director and interns. Additionally, Tom is an Adjunct Assistant Professor teaching Athletic Administration. Current involvement with the NFL as part of the GSIS Stats Crew complements a previous role as Associate Commissioner for the Skyline Conference, where Tom managed finances and strategic planning. Tom's career includes various positions across multiple institutions, including the roles of Assistant Athletic Director, Sports Information Director, and Assistant Commissioner, highlighting a commitment to compliance, promotion, and management in collegiate athletics. Tom holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sport Management and an MBA in Management and Leadership.
