Ron Johnson

Ron Johnson has extensive experience in sports, education, and youth development. Currently a member of the NFL Players Association since September 2003, Ron also owns and directs Rising Stars Football Academy LLC, which provides non-contact football camps for youth aged 8-18. Prior roles include Director of Client Relations at Stages Planning Group LLC, Health and Fitness Consultant at YWCA York, and Sports Specific Trainer at Athlete's Advantage. Ron's earlier career includes positions such as Program Director at Delaware County Juvenile Detention Center and a defensive end for the Philadelphia Eagles. Educationally, Ron holds a B.A. in Speech Communications from Shippensburg University and an M.S. in Restorative Practices and Youth Counseling from the International Institute for Restorative Practices.
