Vuong Vu

Vuong Vu, MD, is a Procedural/Interventional Psychiatrist at Northwest Permanente since July 2023, specializing in transcranial magnetic stimulation, esketamine administration, and vagal nerve stimulation, with plans for future training in electroconvulsive therapy. Vuong is actively involved in the International Society for Sport Psychiatry as a Scientific Committee Member, Membership Committee Chair, Communications Committee Member, and Education Committee Member, contributing to the development of a sports psychiatry curriculum. Additionally, Vuong serves as a Sports Psychiatrist for the NFL Players Association and has held various psychiatric roles, including Adult and Sports Psychiatrist at Kaiser Permanente Northwest and Mind Matters PC. Education includes earning a Doctor of Medicine degree from UW School of Medicine and Public Health and a BA in Molecular and Cell Biology from the University of California, Berkeley.
