Sean Chase has over 20 years of experience in software engineering and development. Sean has held various roles in different companies, including nFocus Solutions, My Billboard, Arizona Public Service, nFocus Software, America West Airlines, JusticeTrax, Inc, Pinnacle West / APS, Global Enterprise Technology Solutions, Training Associates, Inc., and Microsoft Press.

At nFocus Solutions, Sean served as the Vice President of Software Engineering, focusing on business development, mentoring, and aligning engineering teams with business priorities. Sean also worked as a Principal Software Engineer, where they designed and implemented an online training management solution for the United States Army.

As the Co-founder of My Billboard, Sean was responsible for the design and development of digital advertising solutions.

During their time at Arizona Public Service, Sean worked as a Senior Analyst/Integrator, upgrading and enhancing the Energy Management System (EMS) historical applications.

At nFocus Software, Sean held the position of Senior Software Engineer, developing components for the Army's Combined Arms Training Strategy (CATS) and integrating external systems with the training management solution.

Sean also worked as a Senior Programmer/Analyst at America West Airlines, where they refactored and developed a reservation booking engine.

At JusticeTrax, Inc., Sean served as a Senior Software Engineer, developing and maintaining information management systems for crime laboratories in various police departments, the FBI, and the Department of Defense.

Prior to that, Sean worked at Pinnacle West / APS as a Programmer/Analyst, developing web-based applications for the Open Access Same-Time Information System (OASIS) website.

At Global Enterprise Technology Solutions, Sean was a Software Engineer, developing and maintaining proprietary hospitality software.

During their time at Training Associates, Inc., Sean worked as a Programmer/Analyst, contributing to the engineering of the edCenter online learning software product.

At Microsoft Press, Sean served as an IT Subject Matter Expert, authoring Microsoft exam self-paced training kits and courseware.

Throughout their career, Sean has demonstrated expertise in a wide range of technologies, including programming languages such as C#, Visual Basic, Visual C++, and ASP, as well as databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, and XML.

Sean Chase attended DeVry University from 1994 to 1997, where they earned a degree in Computer Information Systems with a focus on Computer and Information Sciences. Following their education, Sean obtained several certifications, including the Microsoft Certified Solution Developer and Microsoft Certified Application Developer from Microsoft in February 2004. In addition, they obtained the Microsoft Certified Trainer certification in June 1997. It is not specified when Sean obtained the CompTIA Security+ certification.
