Sheldon Horsfall

Sheldon Horsfall has extensive experience in training and instructional design, currently serving as a Training Analyst at nFocus Solutions since September 2019. Prior to this role, Sheldon worked at nFocus as a US Army Doctrine Integrator from September 2013 to September 2019, where responsibilities included reviewing draft US Army doctrinal publications for compliance with current concepts and terminology. Additionally, from August 2012 to August 2013, Sheldon developed interactive multimedia instructional material for Nangwik Services LLC, focusing on the US Army’s new ADP and ADRP doctrinal publications. Sheldon's career in the US Army from July 2008 to July 2012 included instructing tactics and doctrine and serving as a trainer for Mission Command Information Systems. Sheldon holds a Master's Degree in Adult and Continuing Education and Teaching from Kansas State University, earned between 2003 and 2005.
