Troy Magner has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades in the field of software development and management. Their most recent role is as the Director of Application Development at nFocus Solutions™, where they were recruited to improve product quality, reduce support time, and enhance the company's reputation with clients. In this position, they oversee a team of seven developers and assists non-profit organizations with accounting, branding, and staff management.
Prior to that, Troy worked at AssetMark as the IT Director, starting off as a Senior Technical Lead and later being promoted to Manager and then to the newly created role of Director of Application Development. Additionally, Troy has experience working as an Architect on a short-term contract for the State of AZ, designing and implementing an automated hearing schedule system for the court. Troy also served as a Senior Developer on contract with General Dynamics, where they designed and implemented an SOA infrastructure and managed the development of external projects.

Troy Magner attended the University of Advancing Technology from 1999 to 2002, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Software Engineering. In 2002, they also earned a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) certification from Microsoft. Later, in 2007, they obtained a Certificate in Project Management from Boston University.
