Marta Brizuela

Marta Brizuela has over 10 years of professional experience in the IT and Human Resources industry. Marta started their career in 2010 as a Human Resources Assistant at WHALECOM. In 2011, they worked as a SAP HR Consultant at Crystalis Consulting. In 2012, they moved to Seidor Argentina as a Successfactors Consultant. From 2016 to 2019, they worked at Seidor as a SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager, where they were responsible for the project plan definition, resources assignment, KPIs, and follow up of the project. Marta also led the different steering committee meetings and looked into the best implementation approach. In 2021, they joined Nestlé as an IT HR Business Analyst - Talent Management, and in 2022 they began working as a Business Transformation Manager at nformal. In addition, they have volunteered at Uniendo Caminos since 2010.
