Bryan Brenner

Bryan Brenner is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and organizational development. Currently serving as Managing Director at NFP since October 1997, Bryan played a pivotal role in a strategic acquisition that positioned the company for future growth. As the Founder and Managing Partner of The Performance Lab, Bryan aids organizations in achieving high performance through a unique survey methodology. With past experience as Founder and CEO of FirstPerson, Bryan established a reputation as a thought leader in workplace strategies and nonprofit sectors. Bryan has also contributed as a member of the Board of Advisors for Milestone Business Solutions and began a career as a Benefit Consultant with CoreSource. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Positive Organizational Development and Change Management from Weatherhead School of Management and a BA in Public and Corporate Communications from Butler University.
