Mark Minner

Mark Minner serves as the Senior Vice President at NFP, where responsibilities include collaborating with business owners and leaders to create strategies for benefits, compensation, and employee experience management. Additionally, Mark is a Play by Play Broadcaster for Butler Men's Basketball on ESPN 1070 and Football on ButlerSports.com, and also works as a Studio Host for basketball broadcasts. As a Partner at The Performance Lab, Mark focuses on enhancing team performance to drive organizational success. Formerly, Mark held the position of President and Chief Strategy Officer at FirstPerson, and has experience in play-by-play broadcasting for NCAA Championships with Turner Sports. Mark's career began with a Marketing Internship at Motorola Solutions and as a Play by Play Broadcaster for the Kane County Cougars Baseball. Mark holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Broadcasting from Butler University.
