Michael Down

Michael Down is a seasoned professional in sales enablement with extensive experience in the financial services sector. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Sales Enablement at NFP, an Aon company, since January 2018, Michael has held multiple leadership roles in sales enablement, including Vice President and Assistant Vice President within the same organization. Prior to joining NFP, Michael was with The Meltzer Group for over a decade, where roles included Retirement Plan Sales Consultant and Internal Client Relationship Manager. Michael holds an M.B.A. from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business and a B.A. in Finance from Franklin & Marshall College.
