Nicole Wright has extensive experience in the benefits and human resources sectors, currently serving as Vice President at NFP, an Aon company, since February 2017, where previously held the role of Assistant Vice President. Prior to joining NFP, Nicole was the Director of Client Experience at McLaughlin & Smoak Benefits, after its acquisition by NFP, and also served as Implementation Manager and Account Manager. Additional experience includes roles as Human Resources Specialist at Levelwing and Data Analyst at Benefitfocus, complemented by an internship in Human Resources at Appalachian Regional Healthcare System. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources from Appalachian State University.
