Patrick McKenna

Patrick McKenna, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Total Rewards Analyst at NFP since January 2023. Prior to this role, Patrick worked at New Focus HR, LLC from June 2015 to January 2023 as an HR Consultant, where responsibilities included advising clients on HR policy administration, developing employee handbooks, ensuring compliance with HR regulations, and conducting audits. Patrick's HR experience also includes positions as HR Coordinator and HR Assistant, where support was provided in implementing HR services and job descriptions. Earlier career roles involved operations management and retail sales in the pool industry. Patrick earned a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources Management from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota between 2011 and 2015.
