Adele Smith

Adele Smith has extensive experience in the insurance sector, currently serving as a Regulatory and Business Change Manager at NFU Mutual since November 2014, following a tenure as a Regulatory and Systems Specialist. Prior to that, Adele spent 16 years at Allianz Insurance, progressing from Underwriting & Facilities Team Leader to managing a multi-disciplined team of 20 while ensuring operational targets were met. Adele's earlier roles include Commercial Lines Underwriter at AGF and Junior Underwriter at AXA, with foundational experience as a Trainee Commercial Underwriter at Trinity Insurance. Adele holds a Distinction in Business and Finance from GLOSCAT and further qualifications in IT for insurance professionals and General Insurance from the Chartered Insurance Institute.
