Andy Leek

Andy Leek is a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at NFU Mutual, partnering with divisional Directors and their teams to deliver strategic HR change programmes. Prior to this, Andy has held HR Business Partner roles at Homebase and served as a Store Manager at various companies such as Hobbycraft and Sainsbury's. Andy has a strong educational background in HR management, holding certificates from Bournville College and is currently pursuing a degree in Project Management from Quanta.
