Andy Manson has extensive experience in the insurance and financial services sectors, currently serving as the Managing Director of NFU Mutual Risk Management Services Ltd since October 2007. In this role, Andy Manson leads initiatives focused on health and safety guidance and loss control. Previously, as Avon Manager, Andy Manson oversaw the subsidiary's performance and operations within NFU Mutual Group, specializing in personal protection insurance. Andy Manson's prior experience includes serving as Director of Personal Loans at Capital One, where responsibilities encompassed product development and optimizing customer experiences. Earlier in the career, Andy Manson held key marketing roles at first direct, leading customer marketing strategies and managing budgets, alongside an early tenure at Lloyds TSB as TeleMarketing Manager. Andy Manson's foundational education was completed at Lutterworth Grammar School.
