Danielle Bailey

Danielle Bailey is an experienced professional currently serving as a Change Manager at NFU Mutual since September 2017, where Danielle has also held the roles of Claims Project Manager, Senior Business Systems Improvement Analyst, and Business Systems Improvement Analyst. Danielle's career began with a graduate scheme in customer service operations, providing a foundational experience across multiple roles. Additional volunteer work includes positions as Press Officer and Annual Dinner Secretary at Stratford-upon-Avon Insurance Institute. Prior to NFU Mutual, Danielle worked in various hospitality roles, including Memberships Manager and Duty Manager at The Regal Cinema, and as Restaurant Supervisor and Assistant Restaurant Manager at Tewkesbury Park and The Fish and Anchor Inn, respectively. Danielle holds a Bachelor of Science in Events Management, an MSc in Leadership, and is pursuing an MSc through a Senior Leaders Masters Degree Apprenticeship at Henley Business School.
