Ryan Duffy

Ryan Duffy has extensive experience in claims management, currently serving as a Claims Supplier Specialist at NFU Mutual since July 2018, with responsibilities including leading a team focused on first notice of loss (FNOL) claims and managing day-to-day complaints in compliance with regulatory requirements set by the FCA and FOS.
