Sam M. is an accomplished professional with a strong background in claims handling and customer service, currently serving as a Senior Claims Handler at NFU Mutual since November 2021. With a career that began with no prior experience in the insurance industry, Sam quickly advanced through training and support, successfully transitioning from a Household Claims Handler to a Senior Claims Handler in both Commercial and Household divisions.
