Simon Mayo

Simon Mayo has extensive experience in the insurance sector, having worked at NFU Mutual since November 2001 in various leadership roles, including Corporate Insurance Team Manager and Service Delivery Manager, where responsibilities included leading a team of corporate commercial underwriters, driving underwriting excellence, and collaborating with other parts of the organization. Prior to NFU Mutual, Simon Mayo held the position of Account Executive at M R Ratcliffe & Co, managing client accounts, and worked as a General Commercial Underwriter at General Accident from January 1995 to November 1999. Educational qualifications include a BTEC in Business Studies, Banking, Insurance, and Law from Worcester Tech College and 8 GCSEs from Dyson Perrins C of E High School.
