Catherine McLaughlin

Catherine McLaughlin is currently the Chief Adviser for Animal Health and Welfare at the National Farmers' Union (NFU), where they lead a team in developing relevant policies. They also serve as Director at the Animal Medicines Training Regulatory Authority and Chairman of EPRUMA. Previously, Catherine held various roles, including Policy Adviser at NFU and Extension Officer in Scotland with the Milk Development Council. Their extensive experience in agriculture and animal welfare includes positions as Assistant Economist for the Scottish Government and Rural Business Adviser at SAC Consulting.
