James Copeland is the National Flood Specialist for the NFU, where they lead flood risk management initiatives. They have served as a Senior Environment & Land Use Adviser at NFU since 2009. Prior to this role, James worked as a Scientific and Technical Officer at Fera Science Limited from 2003 to 2009, and as a Scientific Officer at ADAS from 2001 to 2002. James holds a BSc (Hons) in Agriculture with Crop Management from Harper Adams University and completed national and higher national diplomas in Agriculture at Bishop Burton College.
