Daniela Santangelo is a dynamic leader and entrepreneur with extensive experience in the startup ecosystem. Currently serving as Advisor at Open Access Ventures and Founder & CEO of Freeway, Daniela is committed to enhancing the Arizona innovation landscape and supporting founders through strategic partnerships and fundraising strategies. In addition, Daniela works as Director of Community for StartupAZ, Lead Mentor at Techstars, and Startup Consultant & Alignment Coach through Daniela Nicole LLC, providing guidance to startup CEOs. Daniela is also an Ambassador for the Founder Mental Health Pledge, advocating for mental health awareness within the startup community. With a solid educational background, including an MBA and a current pursuit of a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Daniela combines academic insights with practical expertise to drive growth and foster connections in the entrepreneurial space.
