John Hite

John Hite, MSCSIA, CISSP, CCSP, is a seasoned Field Engineer at NGA - Next Generation Advanced since July 2023, dedicated to enhancing redundancy, resiliency, and availability for the 9-1-1 community in emergency telecommunications. Prior experience includes serving as a Customer Engineer for Data Applications at Frontier Communications from April 2016 to July 2023, where John specialized in installing secure IP solutions and VoIP PBX systems. Additionally, John worked at Verizon as a Customer Engineer for Data Applications from December 2000 to March 2016, focusing on IP-based solutions for customers. John holds a Master of Science from Western Governors University, a Bachelor of Science in Computing Technology from UMass Global, and has completed coursework in Computing Technology and Information Systems at Brandman University, along with an educational background at Diablo Valley College and Hogan Sr. High School.
