Simon Peter is an experienced manager and consultant with a strong background in performance practices and digital transformation across various sectors. Currently serving as the Manager and Lead of Performance Practice at ngage since October 2021, Simon oversees consulting projects aimed at enhancing efficiency in the public sector and driving business process optimization in the automotive industry. Previously, Simon held positions as Operations Manager and Project Manager at VELUX, where responsibilities included managing a diverse operations team and advising on strategic priorities. Prior to that, Simon worked as a Consultant at Deloitte Belgium, focusing on digital transformation projects, and gained early experience through a business internship and volunteer advisory roles. Simon holds a Master's degree in Business Engineering from Solvay Brussels School and certificates in strategy and social business from HEC Paris.
