Michelle Dillon

Michelle Dillon is a highly experienced healthcare executive currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Ngala since May 2023 and as Board Chair for the Western Australian Board of the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia since February 2022. Previous roles include General Manager of Clinical Services at Rocky Bay, Director of Corporate and Nursing Services for Mental Health at Royal Perth Bentley Group, and Executive Director positions at Princess Margaret Hospital for Children and Child & Adolescent Health Service WA. Dillon also held leadership roles at South Metropolitan Health Service as Area Director of Nursing and Midwifery and at the Health Department of Western Australia as Principal Nursing Adviser. Education was completed at Servite College.
