Neha Naik has over 8 years of work experience in the software industry. In 2019, they began working as a Sr. Quality Analyst/ QA Manager/ Scrum Master at NGDATA. Prior to that, they worked as a Technical Lead at Ness Digital Engineering in 2018. In 2016, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer and Software QA Engineer at CitiusTech. In 2014, they worked as a Quality Assurance Engineer at Symtrax Software Pvt Ltd. Lastly, in 2012 they worked as a Technical Support at Neelam Automobiles Pvt. Ltd.

Neha Naik obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from the University of Mumbai from 2008 to 2012. Prior to that, they obtained their HSC in Science from The KET's V. G. Vaze College of Arts, Science & Commerce (Autonomous) from 2006 to 2008. In 2021, they obtained their PSM-1 certification from Scrum.org, and in 2022 they obtained their Professional Scrum Product Owner™ I (PSPO I) certification from Scrum.org.
