Stephanie De Cock

Stephanie De Cock is a freelance HR Generalist currently serving as the Global Head of Human Resources at NGDATA, where they provide strategic HR guidance in a fast-paced international environment. Previously, Stephanie held roles as a Global HR Business Partner at ADB SAFEGATE and Human Resources Manager at Katoen Natie, managing various HR initiatives and projects. They have a rich educational background, holding multiple degrees from Ghent University, including a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology. Stephanie also contributed to the HR transformation initiatives as a Senior HR Transformation Consultant at Deloitte.
