Lionel Parde

Lionel Parde is the Deputy Director of International Procurement at NGE-TSO-SADE, overseeing procurement activities and serving on the Group Procurement steering committee since 2025. Previously, Lionel held positions including Procurement Director at EIFFAGE METAL and Services Purchases Department Manager at Saipem, where they managed substantial budgets and led procurement strategies across multiple countries. Lionel's educational background includes an MBA from IAE France and a Master's in Procurement from the Institut Supérieur des Achats et Approvisionnements.
