NGF Partner exists to help strong Vietnamese businesses realize what they are capable of becoming. We partner with founders who have built something meaningful and are ready for the next chapter—one defined by clarity, scale, and lasting impact. Our focus is on businesses with real substance: loyal customers, committed teams, and the potential to grow well beyond their current boundaries.

We work side by side with management to strengthen foundations, modernize operations, and build companies that can endure and expand across Southeast Asia. Backed by experienced operators and long-term investors, NGF brings patient capital, hands-on support, and a shared ambition to build the next generation of regional champions from Vietnam.

Follow us for perspectives on building enduring businesses, insights from the search fund journey, and stories from founders and operators shaping Vietnam’s future.
