Kim Boman

Kim Boman serves as the Chief Financial Officer at the Norwegian Geotechnical Institute since November 2023, contributing to advancements in geotechnical engineering and geosciences. Previously, Kim held the position of Group CFO and Advisor at Inin Group AS, focusing on investments in infrastructure and industry services in the Nordics. Prior roles include Group CFO at ABL Group, where successful business turnaround and G&A reduction were achieved, and Chairman of the Board at ADLER Solar Services GmbH, overseeing company repositioning and business sale. Kim also founded Frill, providing corporate finance advisory services, and has held significant roles in investor relations, investment banking, and corporate finance with organizations such as REC, DNB Markets, and Swedbank First Securities. Educational qualifications include a tailored MBA from distinguished institutions like Wharton and Harvard, an MSc in Finance from London Business School, and a Master in Business and Economics from BI Norwegian Business School.
