Estelle Ackermann

Estelle Ackermann is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as an HR Specialist at NGIS since November 2023. Previously, Estelle held several positions at Erongo Medical Group (Pty) Ltd, including HR Business Partner, HR Manager, HR Director, and HR Consultant between May 2015 and November 2023. In these roles, Estelle was instrumental in driving HR initiatives, managing HR operations, setting HR strategy, and providing consultancy to enhance organizational efficiency. Estelle holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from North-West University, as well as an MBA and a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management and Administration from USB. Estelle completed secondary education with a National Senior Certificate from Tsumeb Gymnasium in 2010.
