Iris Lee is an experienced professional in customer success and sales, currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at NGIS since August 2022, while also holding the position of Sales Development Representative. With a background as a Swimming Instructor at Little Monsters Swim School since September 2013, Iris has also worked as a Customer Acquisition Manager at Next Mile Location Technology, a subsidiary of NGIS, from August 2022 to September 2023. Previous roles include Partnerships Manager at Akolade from February 2021 to July 2022, and various positions at marcus evans Group from November 2015 to May 2020, including Partnership Sales Manager and Senior Delegate Relations for APAC Summits. Iris began the career as a Market Researcher at Millward Brown in 2015. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Geology/Earth Science from UNSW and a Master's degree in Marketing from the University of Technology Sydney.
