Overview
Hand in Hand is a non-governmental organization established in 2010 in Tbilisi, Georgia
Mission: to create worthy living conditions for people with disabilities and support their integration into society. 
The concept of developing community based services as alternative services for people who live in large institutions is new for Georgia. 
Hand in Hand work to advance this transition by developing and promoting community based services for adults with disabilities.
The focus is on community based housing with a maximum 5-6 beneficiaries per apartment.
Hand in Hand provides housing with services tailored to their client’s individual needs and interests and supports them to become involved in the community and in family activities.
