NGO Re Generations main goal is to improve public health, as well as  social and health care of young psychoactive substance users and other marginalized groups.

The main objectives of  Re Generation are:
• Identification. integration and providing necessary services to target population.

• Improvement of public health with special focus on prevention of HIV, Hepatitis B and C and other blood transmitted infections.
• Improving the quality of health care of target population.
• Improving the quality of social and legal status of the target population.
• Primary, secondary and tertiary prevention
• Development and implementation of harm reduction practices 
• Encouraging the target population to take the initiative.
• Achieving and promoting human rights and civil liberties.
• Ongoing education of users and professionals.
• Cooperation with international and local organizations and governmental   institutions .
