With over 15 years of experience, Al has served as a Senior HR Business Partner and Strategic Business Partner across various sectors including Oil & Gas, Technology, and Pharmaceuticals. Currently, Al manages functions related to corporate governance, organizational design, and HR digital transformation in a global NGO. Al has led projects involving mergers and acquisitions, change management, and employee engagement while actively coaching the next generation of leaders.
