Michael Latouf

Michael Latouf serves as the VP of Customer Success at ngrok, where responsibilities encompass both pre-sales and post-sales functions, including Customer Engineering, Customer Success, Support, and Launch Engineering. Prior experience includes significant roles at Okta, Inc., where Michael held multiple Senior Director positions, focusing on PreSales Solutions Architecture and Sales Engineering for various segments. Prior to Okta, Michael worked at Oracle as a Consulting Solutions Manager for Security and held management positions at Sun Microsystems, Netscape Communications, and EDS. Michael began a career in technology at Cypher Systems Group. Michael holds a Bachelor of Computer Science and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Geological Engineering from the University of Windsor.
