Bob Duron

Bob Duron has extensive work experience in supply chain operations and logistics. Bob currently serves as the President & Chief Operations Officer at nGROUP, where they lead various departments including supply chain operations, engineering, human resources, recruiting, technology implementations, and consulting. Bob oversees a team of 25 senior leaders and over 1,000 individuals to help solve customers' challenges in industries utilizing distribution centers, warehouses, cross-docks, or fulfillment centers. Additionally, Duron is a Board Member at Takt.

Prior to their role at nGROUP, Duron held leadership positions at various companies. Bob served as the Vice President Fulfillment/Executive Committee Member at The RealReal, an online marketplace for authenticated luxury items. Bob was responsible for ensuring the authentication and copyrighting of items before being sold on the website. Duron also served as a Board Member at Insource Performance Solutions, LLC, a company providing alternatives to temporary staffing in manufacturing and distribution operations.

Before these roles, Duron held positions as the Regional Vice President at AmeriCold Logistics, LLC, overseeing operations in the Southeast Region, and as the Vice President of Operations at DHL Supply Chain, the world's largest contract logistics specialist. Duron also played significant roles at Walmart, where they helped establish grocery supply chain and logistics operations, and at Amazon.com, where they facilitated the startup of their fulfillment center in Atlanta. Bob'scareer in the retail industry began at Gap Inc., where they were the Senior Director of Logistics, responsible for supply chain, logistics, and daily operations in distribution centers across the United States.

Bob Duron has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management from The University of Texas at El Paso. Bob also holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Operations from the University of North Texas.
